Hasselbaink Criticizes Chelsea Star After 4-1 Loss To Man United

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, a former Chelsea player, has criticized Chelsea youngster Lewis Hall for’very awful defending’ in their 4-1 loss to Manchester United.

The victory confirmed Manchester United’s place in next season’s Champions League as they moved up to third place.

Manchester United went ahead early in the first half through Casemiro and the Red Devils made it two in first-half injury time through Anthony Martial.

At one point, Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho was picked out unmarked with Hall failing to track the winger’s run into the box and Hasselbaink was critical of the 18-year-old full-back.

“With this goal, it is a brilliant pass to Sancho, looking one way and giving it the other,” Hasselbaink told Sky Sports.

“It is very bad defending from Hall but take nothing away from Casemiro for giving it to Sancho.”
